How we use your information
A short, plain-language notice about what happens to what you send us.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email address and your message. You may also give us a company name and a WhatsApp number. We also record which kind of help you selected: project, ongoing partnership, or not sure.
How we use it
We use this information to read your enquiry and reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.
How it reaches us
Your message is sent to our enquiry inbox by an email delivery provider. The provider handles it only to deliver the message to us.
Booking a call
If you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly. Calendly collects the name, email address and any notes you enter, adds the meeting to our Google Calendar and sends you a Google Meet link. Calendly may set its own cookies inside the booking calendar.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure which pages and sections people use, for example which case study is opened or whether the form was started and sent. It sets cookies to tell visits apart. We never include what you type into the form, or your contact details, in these measurements.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@aitexsolutions.com and we will respond.
