- Our role
- Technology partner: we built and continued to improve the platform.
- Engagement
- A long-running relationship. It started with the websites and grew into registration, event operations and a community platform.
The situation
Diplomark runs international programs and events that bring people together across countries and cities.
As the work grew, the digital side had to grow with it: websites, registrations, participant communication, event operations and administration all had to work together.
The challenge
When we started, parts of the digital presence were outdated and fragmented. Important processes depended heavily on manual work.
The immediate need was a better foundation. The longer-term need was systems that could support increasingly complex international programs.
Where we started
We started at the foundation: the websites and the places where people first meet the organisation. That gave Diplomark a stronger base for everything after it.
We did not arrive with a giant plan. One problem led to the next.
What we built
From the websites, the work moved to event registration and participant operations, so the experience was more organised for both participants and the team running each event.
Instead of treating every event as a separate project, we built the systems so the same foundation could support recurring programs.
The platform was used across international events in Frankfurt, then Jakarta, then Dubai. Each event brought its own requirements, but we could keep improving the same approach instead of starting from zero every time.
The difference
The biggest change was not one feature. It was the move from disconnected digital needs to a connected system.
Because the relationship continued, each new requirement could build on what already existed.
What came next
The work expanded beyond events. We also built the digital foundation for an online community, designed to support 600+ users.
That changed the role of the technology. It was no longer there only to support individual events. It became part of the organisation's longer-term digital infrastructure.
The bigger picture
This is the kind of relationship we aim to build. Digital transformation does not have to be one giant project. Sometimes it starts with fixing the foundation, and then one problem leads to another.
A website becomes a registration system. A registration system becomes an event platform. An event platform grows into a wider digital ecosystem. The technology grows with the business.
