- Engagement
- The work began with brochure search. It grew when a second opportunity appeared in everyday administration.

The situation
Bostech works with suppliers and products across the chemical industry. Industry events are an important source of new supplier and product information.
But every event also created a lot of information to manage. Bostech could return with around 500–600 supplier brochures.
The challenge
The problem was not a lack of information. It was using that information quickly.
If someone needed a particular product or supplier, they could have to search through large numbers of brochures by hand. As the collection grew, this got harder.
Where we started
We started from the workflow itself. The brochures needed to become more than files sitting in storage.
Their useful information had to be captured and organised so it could be searched later.
What we built
We built a system that turns the brochures into a searchable database of supplier and product information. It reads and organises what is inside each brochure, connects products with their suppliers, and makes the result searchable.
The difference
What used to mean going through large numbers of brochures is now a search. Finding a product or supplier across thousands of indexed brochures takes milliseconds.
The information collected at events is no longer just stored. The business uses it.
Ask in plain language
The assistant looks the question up in the catalog and answers only with products that are actually listed.
What came next
A second problem: everyday administration. As we kept working with Bostech, another opportunity became clear. Some everyday tasks still took the same manual effort from the team and leadership.
We built a voice-based assistant to make some of these tasks easier. A person can give a voice instruction to:
- Draft an email
- Save meeting minutes
- Add a reminder to a calendar
The bigger picture
The Bostech work shows how we approach digital transformation. We did not start with the technology. We started with the work people were already doing.
Then we looked for places where information was hard to use, or where routine work took unnecessary effort. The result is a set of practical systems that make information and everyday processes easier to work with.
